I discovered yoga while training as an actor at drama school, and from my very first session, I felt a deep connection to its calming blend of mindfulness, gentle movement, and grounding. This connection inspired me to pursue formal training and become a certified yoga instructor.
My focus is on Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nidra yoga, with a special emphasis on slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. I incorporate meditation and pranayama into my classes, believing they are essential for a complete and restful yoga experience.
I truly believe yoga is for everyone and aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space where students can slow down, listen to their bodies, and explore their practice at their own pace. My approach is non-competitive and introspective, encouraging a deeper connection with yourself.
In my classes, you can expect a soothing blend of gentle stretches, deep relaxation, and mindful breathing, all designed to release tension and restore balance. I strive to offer a peaceful, supportive environment where everyone can relax, unwind, and leave feeling calm and refreshed.
