About me
Hello, I'm Huw! 🖐️ I'm from Gwynedd, North Wales and I sing with the chorus of Welsh National Opera.
I've been performing professionally for over 20 years. I studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff, and at the Benjamin Britten International Opera School at the Royal College of Music, London, graduating with a Distinction.
I'm an experienced singing teacher. I work with a broad range of ages and abilities, on a one to one basis and in group settings, delivering community and schools workshops for WNO's youth and community department, WNO Youth Opera North Wales, Only Boys Aloud and Only Kids Aloud.
My musical interests are diverse - I am also an experienced electric guitarist and have played in numerous rock bands over the years. My other interests include running, cycling, and the outdoors!

My approach to teaching focuses on a healthy, effortless technique, delivered in a relaxed, good humoured manner.
