Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, with one click within your account settings. Once you have cancelled, you will retain all of your membership benefits for the remaining duration of the plan you signed up for. Once the plan expires, no further payments will be taken, and you will no longer be able to access the content for your membership level (so make sure you download any resources you wish to keep before your plan expires!)

How do I cancel?
Click on the 'account' link in the top right corner of the screen. Then click on the 'change' button next to your subscription name. Then click 'cancel subscription.'

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
Click on the 'account' link in the top right corner of the screen. Then click 'Emails.' Then click 'unsubscribe.'

Can I get a refund?
Due the digital nature of the library and resources, refunds are not available. As per above though, you are able to cancel your membership at any time, to stop any future payments.
